Elizabeth Hirsh (INFP) and Katherine Hirsh (INTP) are the principals of HirshWorks, LLC, a management and coaching consultancy devoted to improving the performance of individuals, groups, teams, and organizations in their decision making, leadership, team work, facilitation, writing, and teaching, in order to increase personal and professional satisfaction and development. Their recent book, coauthored with James Peak, Introduction to Type® and Reintegration: A Framework for Managing the Transition Home, explores the value of type in the context of service personnel (military, government, NGO, rescue/first-responder, etc.) transitioning home from a deployment.
