Debbie ClellandDebbie Clelland, PhD, is a core faculty member in the Counselling Psychology Program at Adler University in Vancouver. She was first introduced to the MBTI in 1984, and used it with her counselling and consulting clients (businesses enhancing teams; couples and individuals pursuing self-development) and with her students. She is also the Research Ethics Board Chair, and has several publications and presentations on the use of type, especially in education.
